Are we animal control?
No. We do not handle dogs or cats dead or alive. Please contact your local animal control, we do not have that number due to the vast area we cover.
Do we have set pricing?
The simple answer here is no. Every situation is unique in the matter of exclusion and repairs. Please find our base prices for certain situations below.
Nuisance Wildlife Trapping:
(Raccoons, Armadillos, Skunks, Squirrels, Opossums)
We charge $289 to come out and inspect the property. We will determine the problem critter and set traps. The $289 includes the LAST visit to pick up the traps. EVERY visit in between if necessary will be an additional $89. We will give you a repair estimate on repairing any damage and also give an estimate for any clean up, sanitizing, and deodorizing. Wildlife is unpredictable, we cannot guarantee the capture of any animal, but we have years of successful experience in nuisance wildlife. We have a perfect rating with the BBB and a 5 star rating with servicemagic.com. Now again its $289 to come out and start trapping, which the last visit is included, if we come back and leave a trap it will be $89 service call fee every time we return until the last time. We will give you an estimate to repair, clean up, sanitize, and deodorize.
Snakes: We charge $289 (same as wildlife call) for trapping. (we rarely come out 3 times for snakes) If you have a live capture then we charge $289 for most snakes, any poisonous snake is $350. Snake proofing is $100 for small yard and $200 large yard. The snake out or away is only good for 2-3 months depending on rain.
Rats: We will come out for free to do a free estimate on rat proofing the house or building. We solve the problem by sealing up all the entry points the rats can get into the house. After that we set the traps in the attic and wait a few days until all the rats that we left inside are dead. We do not use poisons because then you will get a dead rat in a wall. Once all the rats are gone we clean up, sanitize, and deodorize. We suggest putting rat houses outside to kill any rats attempting to re-enter. We give a 5 year warranty on all entries we have reapired.
Bats: We come out for free to access where the bats are roosting. We then seal up the entire property to make sure the bats cannot get into another part of the house. Then we put up the netting or cones for about a week to ensure all bats have left but could not re-enter. Clean up, sanitize, and deodorize will be done after all bats have left.

Are we licensed and insured?
Yes, we carry general liability and the state licenses.
How do we keep animals out for good?
Master Services will first perform an inspection of the exterior of the house to determine what the problem creature is. We will then give an estimate on which methods of extraction will be performed. With the estimate will also be an assessment of damages and repairs to animal proof the house. Then we will remove, trap, or prevent the animal from returning by using a one way trap to exclude the animal from the house. Once the animal is out we will proceed with all repairs. Masters Services has proven methods to get and keep out all unwanted nuisance wildlife.
Squirrel Scenario
Many of the requests that we receive are for the removal of small animals located in either the attic or walls of a home.
Most cases will start with the home owner using such methods as putting an owl in the place where animals are entering the home. This method, simply put, never works.
At Masters Services we will locate the current entry places of animals, remove the animals from the home or business, repair the area, and clean, sanitize and deodorize the area.
In this scenario we located the prints of the squirrels infesting the attic of a home, removed them from the area, installed a Gable Vent and screen (with a lifetime warranty), and deodorized the attic.
This process varies by animal and location, but in most cases is resolved in less than one day.
